Free Shipping on US orders over $75.  If a customer wishes to expedite shipping through another carrier and or service, additional charges will apply.

We are unfortunately not shipping internationally at this time.

Returns

We want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Tug-o-wobble and wish to return it for a full refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. The returned merchandise must come back to us in the original condition along with the original invoice as proof of purchase from tugowobblel.com. Original condition must be unused, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached and in all original packaging.

All returns must be authorized by email first. Please contact us at hello@tugowobble.com and write "returns" in the subject line of your email. We will acknowledge your notification via email.

When the goods are received in an original and resaleable condition, we will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods excluding shipping. Please note, the cost and safe return of the goods is your responsibility and must arrive within the specified return policy window. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order following the successful return processing of original condition merchandise.
